Settlement between Aqa Naqi's daughters and Muhammad ‘Ali Khan, 1858
Shahr Banu Khanum, Bulur Khanum, and Sadr-i Jahan Khanum (the daughters of Aqa Naqi from Mahvizan) transfer all of their parental inheritance from properties in the village of Qajar Abad to Muhammad ‘Ali Khan, the son of Aqa Muhammad ‘Ali Kama’i, in exchange for total of twelve tumans, with each receiving four; it includes a revocation clause.

Zarrin Taj Khanum's settlement, 1881
Zarrin Taj Khanum, the daughter of Nasr Allah Khan Qajar Sahib Ikhtiyar, has given the power of attorney to Husayn Bayg for a transaction with Haj ʻAli Aqa the merchant, the son of ʻAbd al-Karim Taj, regarding a property in the Surkhab neighborhood, which is an inherited land from Zarrin Taj Khanum's father, in exchange for eighty four tumans. On the margin, Hasanquli Khan has been identified as his mother's guarantor. Since the measurement of the area is smaller than originally assumed, the price has also been adjusted to sixty-four tumans and seven thousand five hundred dinars. Note on...

Settlement between Fatimah Khanum and Aqa Muhammad, 1789
Fatimah Khanum, the daughter of Talib ibn [son of] Isfandiyar from Khvurasgan, first settled part of a building located in Khvurasgan to Aqa Muhammad, the son of Aqa Muhammad Riza, in exchange for eight thousand and five hundred dinars, but then received an additional nine thousand dinars and transferred all the property to him (1789). On verso, Aqa Muhammad's inheritors transferred this property to Aqa Masih from Khvurasgan in exchange for three tumans (1817).

Murtaza Khan's deposition, 1914
Murtaza Khan, the son of Mirza Faridun Khan, has confirmed the receipt of eighteen tumans for his share in the property in Chibni village through Haji Khan Sarhang [the colonel]. This amount is for Murtaza Khan's right to one-fourth of the inheritance from his late wife, Gawhartasht Khanum, and should be spent on the expenses of Gawhartasht Khanum's inheritors.

Question and answer about mahr obligation
Since Zayd had guaranteed the mahr on behalf of his son, after his death, should the mahr be deducted from the original (undivided) inheritance, similar to all of the debts of the deceased, or from the son [the husband]'s share? Sadiq ibn Muhammad has answered that it should be treated like other debts.
